C. Steven Fullerton, MS, LPC, NCC
Steven holds a Masters degree in Administration, a Masters degree in Community Counseling, and is working toward a Doctorate from Argosy University. He serves on the board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and a past board member of the American Diabetes Association. He previously served his community as a Police Officer and understands the stress and depression that the job can cause. Steven counsels individuals, couples, families and persons with chronic diseases. In addition, Steven is a Diabetes Counselor and can help you or a loved one understand diabetes and learn to control it and have a better quality of life. With 29 years as a type 1 diabetic survivor, he is able to work with diabetics as an equal and offer help with living with the disease.
Duane "Dutch" Kockx, MS, LPC, NCC, PsyD
Dutch has served the Columbus area as a community counselor since 1996. He enlisted in the Army in 1954 and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1976. From 1976 until 1996, he served as the principal and headmaster of three private schools. In 1996 Dr. Walter W. Skinner invited him to join Skinner and Associates, P.C. In 1999 he received his Doctor of Psychology as well as a Master of Science and was later licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor. As a Vietnam combat veteran, he has a special affinity for the issues our veterans face. Born and raised in South Dakota, Dutch proudly calls Columbus home.
M. Quinn Roper, MS, LPC, NCC
Quinn has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and a Master's degree in Community Counseling. She serves clients individually, as a couple or as a family.  She has much experience working with military/veterans issues, PTSD, drug and alcohol addictions, mood disorders, foster care/adoption issues, couples therapy, women's issues, and sexual identity issues.  Quinn is currently working on her doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation that concerns the meaning making process for combat veterans who develop PTSD following exposure to combat.
Cynthia L. Witsell, MS, LPC, NCC
A 1999 MS graduate of Columbus State University in Community Counseling. Cynthia is currently working on her Doctorate of Christian Counseling through Andersonville Theological Seminary. Cynthia has been trained in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and is a Certified Counselor through the NBCC.
Kelly James, MS, LPC, NCC
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, both of which she received from Concord University in 2004. She attended West Virginia University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2006 with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. Prior to working with Landmark Counseling Kelly worked in a variety of settings to include inpatient care as a therapist with adults, geriatric populations, and children as well as with the Georgia Department of Corrections as a mental health counselor and an activity therapist. Kelly has worked with all age groups and specializes in the treatment of Mood Disorders, Thought Disorders, and Childhood Onset Disorders. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the State of Georgia and is also a Nationally Certified Counselor through the NBCC (National Board for Certified Counselors)
Craig Brooks, Associate Counselor
Craig is our new associate counselor. He enlisted in the Army in 1982 and retired as a Sergeant First Class in 2004. Prior to his military career he graduated in 1981 from Lincoln University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation. In 2010, Craig was invited to join Landmark Counseling Services, LLC, as an associate counselor. As a Desert Storm veteran, he has special interests in all issues related to the care of veterans and their families. While Craig was born in Philadelphia, PA, he now calls Columbus his home. Craig will graduate from Troy University in December of 2011 with a MS in Community Counseling.
